The punching bag is an ideal and unbeatable part of training punches and kicks in a number of combat and contact sports, such as boxing, MMA, kick boxing, Muay Thai, Krav Maga as well as self-defense training or fit-box.

It is made of a strong vinyl material that is tear resistant. The MMA shop logo is printed on the side.

In the upper part there is a zip, which can be used to regulate the filling. The punching bag has firmly sewn-in chain hangers.

A four-arm suspension chain is part of the package. We deliver bags filled with textile crumbs.
