Training in a sauna suit causes an increase in body temperature, thus you will burn more energy. In which you will sweat more, and drain more water from the body than in regular clothes. It is excellent help for aerobic training and weight loss. The Pvc material is almost airtight and keeps the heat inside. 

Sauna suits are used all around the world. It's greatly favored by boxers, heavy-lifters, judo fighters and all sorts of athletes that race in various weighing categories and need to reduce their weight. Thanks to sweating, your body will expell salts and toxins aswell. Although the name "sauna suit" doesn't mean you bring it into one, it makes you feel like you are in one. It is recommended to buy a tad bigger size than your preferred, for the sake of movement freedom and not damaging the suit.
